We believe that one of the most important aspects to establishing the appropriate treatment plan for each patient is a comprehensive dental examination. This initial appointment gives Dr. Gifford the opportunity to define the chief concerns of the patient. After reviewing a medical health history and completing a comprehensive dental examination, the dentist will be able to establish the most appropriate treatment plan for each individual patient.
We do require 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment that you have scheduled with us. This allows us the opportunity to offer this time to another patient in need of treatment. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a financial charge to your account.
We are happy to submit dental claims electronically on your behalf. We do not accept assignment.
